Cloud Virtual Machine Images

It is now possible to deploy and run your own private version of the HTML/PDF to ZPL API within your cloud by launching our Virtual Machine Image on your preferred cloud platform.

This enterprise offer presents several advantages that set it apart from the standard public API:

How does it work?​

Simply launch an instance of the virtual machine image from your cloud platform's marketplace (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Once the virtual machine is launched, the API will be readily available via HTTP on port 80.

The following endpoints are available:

  • http://[IP_ADDRESS]/api/html2zpl
  • http://[IP_ADDRESS]/api/pdf2zpl

The usage and parameters are equivalent to our public API described in the Documentation.

Processing the documents can be CPU and memory intensive, but does not require continuous full CPU performance. Therefore, we recommend an instance type with 2 vCPUs and 4 GB of RAM to ensure smooth operation.

Limitations​

The VM image is designed for internal use: To maintain security, do not assign a public IP address to your VM.
